Wagering 'no' as whether or not a run will be scored in the first inning of a game and a run is in fact scored. The game however is postponed after three and a third innings due to rain.
A losing wager is still credited?

Game only has to go 1 inning for the prop to be graded as action. I would say in that game no is a loss and yes is a win.

^^Correct. This was the ARI/FLA game yesterday? I was on the other side, saw them get a run in the 1st, then saw it got postponed, but still got credit for win.
