How can one NOT SWING THE BAT?

I've managed teams from grade school level to Class A and told every player, I don't care (to an extent) if you strike out as long as you're swinging! BACK TO BACK LOOKERS - YOU DESERVE TO LOSE!!! Major pet peeve of mine if you couldn't tell.

On the flip side you'de also like your pitchers to throw strikes. 9 walks! You're not facing the Red Sox or Yankees lineup. They are walking bums.

Yea, I turned it off and went outside and q'd a couple dogs and tear makers (onions). Washed it down with a big glass of Coke - the thing holds 36 ounces, so yes it's a big ass glass and thought the game would be over but no the bums were still at it and finally the game is now over. Glad the ticket cashed

but that was ridiculous.
