I think this is one of those "the wind is blowing at Wrigley" lines.

When a game is in wrigley field.....and the OV/UN is that high.....you either bet the over or DONT touch the game. There is a reason why OV/UN's don't come out until the day of for games at Wrigley and that reason is that when the wind is blowing out (which is must be doing pretty good today) regular old lazy fly balls will find their way to the seats. Take the over but if you're not comfy with that STAY AWAY
