Why is baltimore ml not cancel?

My rl +1.5 was cancel but the ml is graded lost?

ml plays as long as 5 innings are completed. Rl must go 9

Offshore's grade all runline's and total void if game not 8.5/9 innings completed.

Only honor 4.5/5 inning completed game rule on money-line bets.
