Hey 44 what are your thoughts on Indians tonight? Angels have lost 7 in a row, I believe, and Cleveland bats have been on fire. Only thing that concerns me is Santanas injury (didn't seem to affect them last night) and their ability to string wins together. I appreciate your insight!

Actually came here specifically to talk about this game. I don't know what Mag's thoughts are, but Cleveland is OWNING this matchup. Since game 1 when they machine gunned through like 7 pitchers, this bullpen has battered wife syndrome. In order of least riskiest to most risky, solid plays on Cleveland are:

Indians/Angels over 9
Cleveland Over 4.5
Cleveland ML
Cleveland RL

Well, seems like Mr. Omega has covered everything for you. LOL.

A couple of things of note I would like to add if that is ok??? :

Both pitchers are horrible so don't look for "duel" here.

Wind blowing hefty out to RF @ 16 MPH, and with Cleveland able to start 7 LH hitters do to their multitude of SH, look out. LOL.

I would have to say over on all counts, Mr. Omega seems to have enthusiastically covered for us

Other plays I'm looking at are Sox/Dbacks Over 10, Twins/Royals Over 9, & Rockies/Phillies Over 8. What you think?

You know the old saying " if something seems to good to be true....." I wish I could have the enthusiasm of Omega, but I have been around a long time, and just try to treat it like a business. As always , BOL .

They see a team that in the month of July was crushing it. The probably have arguably the best all around player in baseball in Trout. Remember, Clevinger was just brought back as a spot starter. He got killed earlier in the year & was sent down, and showing no signs he is ready to stay.

You can get the game over 9 for like -120 or something close to it; it's so much safer than a ML and so cheap.

It doesn't matter WHO wins, it doesn't matter WHO scores, you leave yourself such a huge margin for error. Literally the only thing you are calculating on happening is somebody on either team scoring a decent amount and it doesn't matter who does it.

Cleveland is #3 in OPS and Runs Scored. Los Angeles is #13 in OPS, but #7 in Runs Scored; no slouch either!! Cleveland is #6 in Runs Allowed; their pitching used to be good, but as of late has been getting lit up.

That's not to say that I don't think you will win, primarily because Cleveland has owned this matchup, lately and historically. But for future reference, an Over can be a much safer wager. Just my opinion.

Thanks for the write up. That makes alot of sense. I'm going to take the over as well. A parlay in this situation seems very tempting as well. Considering there's past margins of victory the RL and over seems very lucrative! Good luck tonight!

Awful day in mlb...these home teams are pathetic.
Texas with Hamels, Cubs with Hendricks (I'll give them a pass today sincevylthey've been killing it), Brewers vs lowly Reds, Marlins vs Shields.
