This is terrible too, jesus christ, are you guys trying to bankrupt this poor bastard? Do what you were doing before the loss. Act like it never happened or it will cloud your judgement and you will owe double what you are down now. Baby steps. I don't know your bankroll but next time be more disciplined. 5% is the absolute max you should lay down for one play because shit can and always will happen.

I agree. your week is Sunday to Sunday. This is only day 1. Relax and take it one step at a time. I usually bet two percent of my bankroll per game. usually around three games a day. Hard to pick multiple games correctly.

My advice is not to hammer anything; just grind your way back w your favorite plays. Throw a little on high-payout parlays, but nothing huge.
