What's up gang? Were going with some underdog value here for the first pick. The Steve Metz it 3-1 as an Away Dog, while the Mets are 6-2 in the last 8 situations when their coming off a win, and playing on the road as a dog & it's the first game of the series. 6-2!!!

I was not sure why the public scared you. Lines move because of money. Your pick should be independent of such events if you are a real capper.

Excluding Scott Kazmir's first road start this season where he Beat James Shields and the Pads 3-0, the OVER is 6-1 in Kazmir's road starts this season, with that one under coming off an impressive road win vs Jake the Snake and the Cubbies. If we exclude those two unders - Scott Kazmir is allowing Home Opps to score an average of 5.7 runs this season. Each of those 6 overs each Opp team has not scored under 4 runs. This is also Reynaldo Lopez first start - so it would be expected for him to give up three to four runs on five innings with the bullpen exploding another run or two. Also consider the OVER is 6-2 in the first game of the series when the Nationals are at home facing a left handed pitcher over the last two seasons.

NEW YORK / CHICAGO OVER 7 +110 1.00... to win 1.10u
The Value on the OVER is too good to pass up, regardless of the pitching match up tonight. The OVER is 5-1 in Noah Syndergaard's last 6 games when he's pitching after the first game of the series (7-5 O/U in 2016). Same situation for Jake Arrieta and the OVER/UNDER is 8-3-1 for Jake in the 2016 season. We all know Jake is dominate, but giving the Cubs have posted an 1-3 record in his last four home starts, give that over with plus juice some value. Oh, Cubs are due for some homeruns too (only 1 in the last four games)

Boston is 9-0 when Rick Porcello is pitching at home this season with the O/U being a split of 4-4-1...That's fine and all because Boston has given Porcello a lot of run support, while 'Cello has pitched great at home. Considering both teams have a batting average under .210 over the last 7 days, and Peavy is 4-1 on the UNDER in his last 5 away games...the value lies with the even money return on this play.
