Sale should have a good outing, my only concern is his team scoring runs for him . They were shut out last night.

Today's games --

The Yankees really are pretty bad. Scott Kazmir has been very average this year and Chad Bettis is underrated (by virtue of having to pitch so often in Denver).

Aaron Nola has been one of the worst NL pitchers over the last month. Chris Sale is probably not as good as he was a year or two ago, but I'll take him at -110 against most pitchers. Verlander had his worst outing of the year last time out and the best remedy for a bounce back is Tampa Bay.

Arrieta is getting a lot of juice today, but I think the line has the Cubs slightly overvalued. Arrieta is walking too many people this year. I'm off the game, but I hope the Mets win.

I wanted the Cards earlier (saw them at like -160), but the line has really moved. -185 now. I like that bet.
