Dude puts iowa baylor ucla and Houston in his top 8 "surprise teams" even though all four have starting qb's and most starters back from good teams. Iowa baylor and hou all DD wins last yr but he calls them a surprise to do well in 2016.

this guy is becoming a joke ever since he joined espn. He's scared to death to take a chance on any teams but he'll tell us over n over again in each preseason annual that in 1964 he predicted east Alaska state school of deaf and blind would win 7 games for the first time in their history and go to the bluebonnet bowl
