Why Don't Fans Get Kicked Out Of Stadium For Interfering With The Ball?

Ive always wondered this, baseball is too fan friendly, guys who would be standing on 3rd had not a stupid fan interfering with the ball. Should be automatically thrown out of the stadium and a fine.

Last week or so it happened at Fenway. Guy in the "monster Seats" supposedly leaned over the wall and took the ball, summarily, he and his 3 other friends & Dad, were ejected. Last night upon review, in New York, it was ruled a ground rule double. No point in discussing this further, I did not make the call, nor did the game umpires. BOL today.
