Nola was a rare case in that he just lost it out of the blue his last three starts after being absolutely great before that. But typically speaking, xFIP is more predictive and maintainable than shit like ERA and WHIP because its components are themselves predictive, especially the K/BB ratio. Most of xFIP is in the pitcher's control, whereas ERA and WHIP can easily be distorted by team defense.

I got Minn beating Philly 3.57 to 3.13, so Under 9 provides massive value IMO. I threw a flier on Philly at +154 and bet them on the RL +1.5 at -145.

I capped Wash to beat LAD 5.08 to 4.33 so taking Wash at +126 , team total over 3.5 and game over 7.5 are all no-brainers IMO.
