#74Anyone have insight on the Sox / Rangers game tonight? Maybe I should just wait to fight another day, but I hate ending a day on a couple losses!

#81I'm fairly new to Baseball Betting. I notice most everyone always does RRL, but I don't see people playing 2.5RL's. Any reason for this?Comment -

#82I didn't mean that everyone "always" does reverse runlines. I just see it played way more often than 2.5RL's.Comment -

#83Most likely due to the number of games that land within 2 runs. Sweating out a -1.5 is bad enough. I typically avoid 2.5's because the 1.5's are juicy enough for me.Originally posted by martinmobleyI'm fairly new to Baseball Betting. #84No play on the late game for me. Must win for Carolina and it wouldn't surprise me to see them win but tough to go against Boston. EVERYONE IS ON BOSTON!!!!!!!!
Although, Carolina is 13-6 in Boston but those were different Boston teams. GLAComment -

#87I get what you're saying but a reverse run line is technically a 3 point line sway right? and a 2.5RL is really only a one point add and it seems to pay out decent.
For instance... the White Sox are favored. The 2.5RL pays +190. The Rangers reverse RL pays +215. I took the Rangers RRL with CK, but I guess I was just curious to know why it seems like no one ever plays 2.5RL and always RRL's. Thanks for you're input lax.Comment -

#89I take the RRL only when I think that the game has a false favorite, or the payout is too hard to ignore. I have a list of pitchers and what they do with the big chalk. If I fnd that the linemaker is out of pocket, then I hit the game for the +crumbs as many ways as I can. Sometimes two wins on one game is like winning 6 games.
I take the RL or favorite -1.5 when I sense that the dog is overmatched. I never play the regular moneyline when I play a favorite -1.5. It's always about the crumbs.Comment -

gallardo has an era/whip in his last 3 starts of .78/.65 and vs the pirates has a career 1.08/.92. the brewers are 4-0 in those games vs pitt. maholm has a career 4.60/1.50 vs milw and his team is 3-8 in those starts.
-brewers (ML) (3x)
dempster in his last 3 starts has an era/whip of 6.00/1.39 and in his career vs the giants is 0-7 (team is 1-8) with an era/whip of 5.13/1.70

in last years visit to la, davis went for 5er in 1inn. thats enough for me to keep riding the red hot dodgers at a not so bad price.
-dodgers (ML) (1x)
in 2 road starts this year, colon has been torched for an era/whip of 10.3/1.97 - we all know how dominant greinke has become and the kc bats have been redhot the last 5 games avg'ing 8 runs per game.
-royals (RL) (2x)
king felix and millwood have been locked in the last 3 games, and should play to the low monday in safeco (a pitchers paradise)
