I dont have an account with them but I think 5dimes actually has nickle lines so you would be paying less for juice and could afford to lose a couple more over the long term and still be ahead.
A popular one is betonline also. I think both are pretty quick to put out lines a day or so ahead. Like Great Wall said I cant stand bovada. They are trusted by a lot of people but I had problems getting paid and also they are always late posting lines. For instance the easiest example is with football, everyone has lines posted sunday and monday, Bovada posts late tuesday. They dont like taking risk but love for you to.
