Folks, This is the Official Chargers4222 Foolproof Model/System
As you all know, only the best handicappers use custom-made systems to derive their plays. Therefore, I have developed my own MLB system using enhanced statistical data that has been collected over the past 127 years.

However, unlike others in the forum who claim to have a model, I will be divulging exactly how my system works. You ready?

For the purposes of this thread, I will be placing 1 unit on each game that fits this definitive criteria: a home team starting a pitcher whose last name ends with a consonant, facing a road team starting a pitcher whose last name ends in a vowel.

We will see if my total record and +/- units can compete with the foolproof models of other systems championed on this website. Today's plays are:

    Tigers -113
    Cardinals +156
    Rangers -111
    Braves +106

My model has been built by some of the finest statistical minds in the industry, including several proteges of Houston Rockets GM Daryl Morey. You may have also seen it on Nate Silver's website FiveThirtyEight. We are still working out the kinks on how to handle pitchers whose names end in "y," so I will get back to you on that.

Anyone who believes they have a more proven system is free to challenge me to a model-off. I will also look periodically to see how this system performs compared to other models on SBR. Good luck folks.

Ah man, my model must have missed a few things in a couple of those games yesterday. The numbers were really trending in the favor of those teams, but this is all about a long-term profit folks (like all models), so just hang tight.

            YTD: 1-3, -2.13 units.

            Today's plays are:

            Nationals -138
Braves -125 (system LOVES this play folks, two straight days here)

My model also technically likes Clay Buchholz and the Red Sox (53.7%), but this is the classic "and sometimes Y" rule with Gray pitching for the Rockies. Therefore, I will leave it up to my fellow statheads and number junkies out there to make their own call for these scenarios.

Remember folks, all we do is profit. This is a MARATHON, not a SPRINT, so never stray from the system. God bless folks.

Interesting how the model computes Buchol-z
              but not Gra-y.

Either way I'm locked in and no turning back now. I've built up a house mortgage size bankroll now i decided to entrust you with my families future. you seem so authentic and legit, I hope success doesn't change you.

This will be the most successful model in SBR history by the end of the year. It welcomes all challengers.

hey everyone, mikefan thought this was a serious thread. that's right, he's even more pathetic than you thought, which is really hard to do.

no mikey you're right, i stumbled upon a system that depends on the letters in the last name of each person. this was a serious thread and not at all making fun of people who think they have a real system. jesus christ this guy is worthless to the world. not only are you psychotic and lonely, but you're also a full blown tard. it's amazing

your life must be so goddamn brutal. constant barrage of rejection from everyone you encounter. "ugh you invited mike? dude i know he's your cousin but come on, seriously? doesn't he believe in chemtrails or something? ugh dude just uninvite him please, there's still time. just tell him we canceled"
