Morton sporting a 10.24 ERA over the last 3 years vs the Nats, look to see the pen early, and we all know how the phils pen is minus their closer which should not be a factor in today's total. Gio's struggles in day games on the road provides me the belief that that phils will put up a few runs themselves to allow this total to soar over the posted 8.
