I have Wood rated better than Peavy, model has Dodgers 54% (-117)

Wood should pitch effectively today. Peavy seems like more of a question mark. San Fran being at home may be all they have going for them.
Travel factor benefits LAD, as San Fran was in Wisconsin yesterday.
LAD hitting the ball, against solid pitchers (at least Ross), SF more inconsistent. Can envision a 4-gm winning streak to start the season for the "should be" division champs.
Can always see both sides, but this one should wind up being in that 4-3, 5-4 range in favor of the Dodgers.

Wow, definitely didn't see that. But the higher this line moves in favor of SF, makes me like LAD tho

At any rate, the Under should be a solid play among all the day games I would think.
I am siding with Giants though.

it wasn't wood, it was the bullpen. dodgers will never win in the playoffs with that bullpen. this was the problem couple years ago and it's still a problem now. just pathetic.

It was Wood too, but really it was coaching. Wood barely got out of the fifth with the lead. Two walks, a single, a double, a triple, and a wild pitch for three earned runs. Then not only does he come back out in the sixth, but HE BATTED in the top half of the sixth. No idea.

I kept wondering why Wood was still in the game. Always easy to say now, but left him in too long.
