not sure what I'm missing here but every time Arrieta pitches, the cubs seem to score 7-13 runs.. 10 MPH wind blowing in from left doesn't scare me one bit.. Cubs don't totally rely on the long ball. They can score in a bunch of ways and Liriano has been bad against them
