I don't believe in the "due" theory like Vegas or past betting trends from a long time ago with an entirely different lineup. All that stuff is nonsense and noise. McHugh is better than Perez. Astros bats are slightly better than Rangers. This is the fourth game in the series. Astros bats are now better used to the batter's eye. If you have played at that level you will probably understand better. I just bet the farm on the Astros +145 RL. This play is an example of where you pick your spots to go big.

Ran into this thread and saw the Astros/Rangers game tomorrow. I was thinking Rangers in this spot cuz it's a pretty even matchup. Both teams have been hot and the Rangers are home. The Astros are a boom or bust offense. However, Perez being a leftie vs all those big bats from the right side concerns me. This is a tough one but I was leaning Rangers here.

Moreover, this is just the start of the Astros' road trip. If it was the last game of the second road trip series I would have thought twice. Weary legs are a crucial factor. Swing power / timing is all in the legs.

Not really liking slate Thurs.
Probably shift to nhl.
Only lean is Rangers +1 or ML.
McHugh not reliable on road and Texas one of best teams after a loss at home....much like Cards past couple years.

Also can't look past trend of dog winning each game in this series so far.

Yeah...makes sense...I just rarely do live betting...pretty busy sometimes and I make poor choices on the spot.
And more times than not, a game that is 1-0 after 5 will stay Under 8...didn't think Phils pen would implode like that.
