Most say these games are a coin flip, which I won't argue with - but I do see value in some spring training games. This is my first spring training post and it's because there is huge value on the A's tonight vs Jeff Samardzija. If you bet last year, you know betting against Samardzija was a good idea. Well, nothing has changed so far on his new squad posting a 1-3 record with an 7.20 ERA on 25 innings. With both these teams sitting at 11 wins and the Giants three losses more under their belt than the Athletics, and Samardzija's insane allowed runs this spring training, holds A's to winning value automatically. Both teams lines ups tonight have their starters in tonight, if Brandon Belt, Duffy, and Span don't hit well tonight the A's win this game. I like my chances.

I'll take my first spring training bet tonight with A's +125

First time buster caught him I believe.. He looked sharp out there.. I would re-consider keeping a favorable outlook on Samardzija this year. I think he bounces back and have a sold year. Also Giants play in pitchers friendly park..
