Anyone else just bored with MLB?

With the NFL season in full swing, is anyone else just annoyed with baseball ads during NFL on FOX?

I never was much into baseball anyway, with the marathon season of meaningless games. I usually tuned into the playoffs and world series. This year I am not watching anything, I am just bored with baseball. Anyone else?

No, I still find myself watching the playoff games. Even without the Yanks and BoSox. Now that the NLCS is going back to STL, it should get even better. We will see if the Pujols homer in the 9th wakes up the cards bats back in STL. Should be a interesting GM6.

Well, I think it's a corking year so far. Last night's game was a classic even though I was rooting for the Astros. A CWS/Houston final would be an excellent watch.

Of course I have a vested interest, but even if the White Sox weren't in it I would still watch.

You are probably right. If I started watching, I'd probably get interested. As it is, I flip past the game, watch a batter in the box adjusting himself for about 10 seconds, and wonder aloud how anyone can watch this stuff. I know I'm being a spoilsport, but baseball just can't pull me in this year. Part of it is the fact that the NFL eats up so many hours of my life, I don't need another vice.

Baseball is a sport you have to enjoy already to watch the postseason. I love baseball, but I can see why those that don't wouldn't be anymore enthused with the postseason than the regular season.

Although, what's my other option during the week? NHL regular season? No, thanks.

Cards/Astros is a great matchup, though. Nearly identical teams with a great rivalry in recent years. Unfortunately, no one thinks anything good can happen West of the Apellation (that's horrendously misspelled) Mountains.

i wish baseball was on all year, its by far my most profitable sport so far, just got into hockey and im mediocre at best
