He already got about $17 million this year to not play. Houston will eventually recoup some of the money for this year and this option buyout from the insurance company.

I'm not really sure how the insurance is worded as far as the option buyout goes, Sam. But I do know they put the royal screws to Houston this last year by refusing to pay at least a portion of Baggy's 2006 contract.

That lawsuit was settled then Willie? All I remember about this one was that the insurance company refusing to pay the claim.
