Man, went 0-4 yesterday. What a buss!!!! I knew I should have stuck to my original picks of the Yanks and the under.. Oh well, on to today's picks:


New York Yankees ml (-265). Once again the Yanks line is through the roof. I wanted to play the Yanks yesterday but didn't think the line was worth it. I think it's worth it with C.C on the mound. C.C hasn't been pitching well in the new stadium and he will get it right this afternoon against the impotent A's. The Yankees own the A's so I don't see a problem with the Yanks winning it here..


New York Yankees -1.5 (-130). I'll take a small stab at the runline since C.C is on the mound and looking for a superb game at home.


Pittsburgh Pirates +1.5 (-175). Malcholm at home. I'll take it. I would have taken the moneyline but the Marlins are trying to avoid the sweep so they might want to play hard today. Marlins hitting has been suspect and they're relying alot on the come from behind. You can't win too many games that win. I suspect the Pirates to keep it close or win it outright.



3 so far.... Have to see how these go before playing the night games.

I'm on Pitt ML. If you look at the last 5 games, Marlins had been giving up 2-4 runs early and have to come back in the 8th and 9th inning. What that tell me is that (1) the Marlins bats is regressing and (2) the only reason they were able to win those games was because the bullpen of the opposing teams didn't have what it takes to close out the game. Washington/Atlanta over 8.5 (-115). First 2 games went under. Atlanta is trying to avoid the sweep. 2 bum pitchers in my opinion and that makes for the waaay over...
