Oak/Tor over 9

Am I missing something here? I'm getting even money to take the over (9). I know the Oak pitcher looked pretty good last time out but he issued 8 walks. Blue Jays have the highest scoring offense in baseball and they are sending a relief guy to the mound to make his first start in 3 years.

I wouldn't be so quick to jump on that overs guy...Usually when a 2 teams go over the day before they go under the next day..
