I am going for Crumbs only all day in baseball. I don't have a lot of time to do write ups right now, but I think that I have picked a couple of goodies. The season is just starting. And we have a long way to go. The starting line is not far off in the distance. I have whiskey mixed with my blood so I can't do my ordinary write ups tonight.
Breakfast Play: A's+115 or more. Tallet has not done nything to deserve being a -135 starter. I have to go the other way on this one and take the most unlikely thing, and that would be the Jays *(Media Darlings) losing to a seemingly inferior team. Homer pick. I am a day game baseball package subsrcriber and fan. But this is the right call for all the wrong reasons.
A's+115 or more
All that I know is that Wang is due for a correction and the new stadium will be rockin' on the first Saturday game in new Yanko Stadium. Carmona gives up too many walks and has a horrible pick off move. Combine that with an umpireknown for having games go over the total and you have the makings of a New York style blowout. I am going for the juggular. Run line for me please.
Yanks+140 Run Line Crumbs Play-O-The-Day
The Brewers are facing a pitcher who has a horrid record in games where he is favored by more than -160 (Santana) So while they will be rocking in Yankee Stadium, they will be booing in New Shea Stadium (or whatever the hell it's called) because the Brewers hit lefties well and Santana is most definitely a lefty. The Brew Crew will be laughing when this one is over.
Brewers+150
Brewers-1.5 +230
Kevin Millwood will stop the losing streak. The Rangers can't win unless they outscore the opponent. Whatever homes. They got blown the f*ck out in front of their wives and kids yesterday 12-3 by the Royals. That won't set well with the Missus. And food was hard to hold down last night at the table. She gave him some pussy anyway. He comes to the park today with a smile on his face. This one will get out of hand VERY quickly.
Rangers +145 1st half
Rangers+155 Run Line (Heavy)
Rangers team total over 5 +100
The Twins are about to pound on the Angels again folks. So you might as wll get used to the idea. The public money is on the Angels in this game so far, but the line is increasing. The loss yesterday was very demoralizing and a loss like that takes time to get over. The Twins don't care about their feelings. They have enough problems of their own. All of the otdoor teams playing indoor problems contributed to the Angels demise yesterday. They are not used to playing indoors or on carpet and that is a double whammy. Throw in the Twins desperation for wins after a rough stretch and you have the recipe for Beat down #2.
Twins-128 HEAVY
And I wish that one of our boys from our old home would go over there and tell Colonel Jim to come over here and pay me a visit, even if it is just a cameo.
Welcome to Crumbville homies!
