With the Cardinals winning game 4, do you think the Tigers can force a game 6 in Detroit? I think Yes. Weaver will break in game 5.

I'm not sure what to think of this game the way the Tigers have been making so many simple mistakes out there in the field.

This is where Leyland has to fill the void. When a young team is making mental mistakes that are costing them World Series games, the manager needs to step in and make sure they are completely focused. I wouldn't bet against Leyland in this situation. IRod also has to elevate his level of play since he has the big game experience and has always been an excellent leader. As one of my colleagues commented, "Look for Detroit to play a clean game tonight."

But, to be fair, he did say that for each of the previous matches as well.

Yes, but this time he's right! I'm sure of it. I think...hope...pray.

At least this is the first time that I posted what he said. It's a concrete statement now that it is available for public consumption.

isetcap, you seem like a sharp chap. And for that reason, I'd like to introduce you to a scheme I have which is reserved for sharp people like yourself.

Send me $5000 and I'll place bets on your behalf and you get 50% of the winnings. If I lose after a year, I'll pay you back your original deposit plus 5%.

Please PM me and I'll send you my Western Union details.

Can I send more than $5000? The money I have in my money market account is yielding at a better rate than 5% but gosh that sounds really exciting. I could go out and get a 12-month CD for a 6.5% return but then I wouldn't know what games the bank was betting on! I'm more than happy to float that 1.5% so that I can watch you pick losers with my money. That sounds like a great scheme. Will you be using Mansion for all of this action?

$5000 is generally the maximum limit in the European markets such as Denmark where the customers there like to have a wide portfolio of investments. Our sidelines of magic beans are especially popular there.

But you seem like a very sharp young man and can see the benefit of this scheme. So, for you and only you, I'm willing to let you send me as much money as you want. By Western Union, remember. This is an offer for you personally so please don't divulge this to anyone else.

Denmark sounds like a very progressive place. I'm certain there's no place here in the little old US that can match it. You're right, I do see the benefits of this scheme. Will someone be starting a www.magicbeansreview.com in case I don't receive my funds promptly in one year?

Don't worry, I won't tell anyone about this incredible offer.

No need to worry about the funds. The fact that I've told you the funds are safe should be guarantee enough. A number of people have been PM-ing me for details of this offer but it's strictly open to you. In fact jjgold keeps asking if he can join the scheme on credit. Perhaps you would like to pay for his investment upfront as well? Anonymously by Western Union, remember.

(And to keep on topic, the Cards will win. Probably tonight)

Well, I'll tell you, Taco...if you hadn't mentioned Denmark, I'd be very skeptical about the whole thing, but there are some countries in the world where all the people have nothing but the noblest of intentions and the Danes lead the pack. In fact, if JJ could prove to me that he was of Danish descent, I'd be more than happy to front his amount for him.

Tigers are finished. 5-0 or 5-1 type final in this one.

They're giving pretty good lessons in how not to field and how not to run the bases.

Cards only -200 in live betting. I'd give them a 95% chance to win this game at this point.
