Not sure how much longer we can pretend this guy is not a problem... he is the weakest link on the team...never mind Burhle and Hutchinson...this guy is a clown...who cannot close unless he has a 5 run lead. His save numbers have been inflated for this very reason...and he is about to be exposed...1 run games are what the playoffs are all about...and the Royals specialize in that department...The Jays are toast if this guy is on the roster...if they dont have multiple run leads heading into the ninth...they are done....Osuna is useless...

Because Gibbons is an idiot...and cannot manage...hes a nice guy but he cannot pull the trigger when it is needed...Truth be told, if he was not pals with Anthopolis, he would have been fired years ago...if he had any balls, Osuna, Burhle and and Hutchinson would all be left off the post season roster..The team barring those 3 is flawless...

i actually think this is ok.

i like a small amount of losing and bad play going into the playoffs..

not too much.. certainly not a slump.

but better he have this night here, than in the playoffs

as well, i don;t really like home field so much. It hurts as much (or more) as it helps.
All the pressure and i mean "ALL" the pressure is on the home team..

look at last year.. KC took both in Baltimore and Giants split i think...

          but both road teams lost.

Osuna shaky of late. But they can do it, with him/ i do think that Gibbons
          does not understand flow however..

when a good pitcher suddenly walk two guys or gives up two hits..
don't pinch anything... unless it is the 9th inning..

that little break interrupts the flow of energy.
          just let the pitcher unravel.

pinch hitters take the pressure and focus OFF the pitcher and put it ON the RUNNER

Mark Buehrle will pitch two innings on Sunday, then retire. He is not expected to be included on the Blue Jays’ post-season roster. Guy leads the team in wins

you really think that the best record in MLB after the All-Star Game.. has zero chance to advance?

7-3 in Last 10 it is really hard to get above the .700 plateau

they have done so several times this season.. but it IS difficult to maintain

                        how are the Yanks doing?

are the Yankees above .700 in their Last 10..? or are they 4-6?

Losing 5-of-6 of their last games.

how did the the go for the Yankees last night?

and Girardi can't even focus on the games, because ALL he can think about is how badly
he wishes he were in Chicago with the Cubs
