Peavy is definitely solid and has pitched well against the Mets, the only thing that scares me here is The Fathers bats? Even if Peavy hold the Mets down to 2-3 runs over 7 or 8, can the Pads keep up because I look at that lineup and I dont like what I see.
Good value on Peavy and worth a shot though, definitely.
