It means you have a free $75 to bet, but if you win your wager you only get the money you won not that $75. For example, if you bet $120 on a game that is -120, and you win, you win $100 plus you get that $120 back for a now total of $220. If that $120 were to be free play money, you win $100 for a now total of $100.

Thanks..
it says I have $750 rollover required
Does this mean I can't get a pay out until I win that much?

Not necessarily win that much but wager that much. You have to have that much in play before you can get a payout, which in this case is a 10x rollover(10x the original amount). But when looking at the risked amount and amount to win, only the lower amount counts. Meaning if you bet $75 to win $50, only the $50 goes towards the roll over. If you bet $75 to win $100, only the $75 goes towards the roll over.
