Thursday is National Root Beer Float Day, and A&W restaurants are celebrating by giving away free root beer floats from 2 p.m. to close.

As part of the celebration, the restaurants will be collecting donations for the Wounded Warrior Project, which is celebrating their 10-year anniversary this year.
