Why is the total 9 for the rockies game tonignt? Both pitchers kinda suck I think or atleast anderson did last time he faced the rockies. I'm not a baseball guy so I'm a little confused by this one. Why should I not pound this?

Come on fellas, anyone with real baseball knowledge have some insight on this? Seems like a push at worst but the line at 9 looks suspect
