Model has Oakland 62%, so only -163. Gray has had two bad starts in a row, he is good but I am not sure he is good enough to sustain his .259 BABIP. De La Rosa is better than his mainstream stats and A's have struggled vs. lefties long term (better lately but probably just variance).

LT, I think there's no value in Tigers at all, Cole in a god mode, Rats are playing well in IL also, hot in June.

Cole gave up 5 earned runs in his last start.

But these "elite aces" rarely have back to back poor outings

Verlander however has given up 4 bombs in his 2 starts this year and is dealing with back pain.

Not to mention the Tigers pen sucks ass.

Only thing that concerns me is much of Coles success has come against horrible hitting teams like the Marlins, Giants, Braves etc...

I have no problem backing one of the elite pitchers in baseball as an underdog vs. a team that has never faced him before, especially since St. Louis does not hit lefties well. And I haven't even touched on Lynn not being as good as his common numbers.

That is not the case though, I haven't changed my approach at all since Day 1. It is just there are some days when plays hit double-digits. Card would be the same whether I was +50 or -50.
