Reverse Labby Question

Was wondering if someone would be able to clarify something for me. When starting a reverse labby (i'm using 10-10-10-10 to start), would one bet 20 or win 20? Example...if the ML is -110, would the wager be $20 or $22? Same question if the bet is on the underdog and ML is +110...is the wager $20 or $18.18?

Hope this makes sense.

I always bet to win. So in your case I'd bet $22 to win 20. If you lose add 22 to the line.
