Why is the St. Louis line dropping?

I know Wacha is due for regression as the reason hes doing so well is cause of his low BA for runners in scoring position but still now only -125 at some books? STL has LAD's number dialed in almost every time last couple years and Wacha was lights out against them two years ago. Long time ago, I know but still.

Don't see why the line is moving so drastically, care to explain guys? Super tempted to take STL ML now.
