I agree that Miller isn't an "elite" pitcher, but I don't think there is a GM who wouldn't trade Niese for Miller in a heart beat. I also can't think of anyone on Pit outside of Cole who I would pick over Miller. Never been a fan of Liriano's, and no one else is close. But, he's definitely not a top 3 pitcher.
