All mag is trying to say is, his last year stats are never happening again but he is a goos quality pitcher, probably not an ace, like Greinke, Max and so on. Those sort of pitchers, 1 or 2 runs support is all they may need to get a win most times.

The thought behind the "theory" is that both clubs are going to be tired from the previous night game, and are looking to get outta town for the next round. Planes to catch, etc. This usually translates into a higher incidence of unders. I've used this with some success for the last 30 years or so. But obviously, it's not a sure thing...

Yea thanks for responding.....I agree to a point....what I like to do is after the All-Star break on Sundays I only look to bet unders....with 3 exceptions: a day game in TOR. W/roof open, when it's hot and humid on the south side(CHI) and the mother lode..a day game @ chavez Ravine,for some unknown reason the ball really pops out of there,and if 2 pitchers are going that have a ground out ratio < 1.00, it's a very strong play....FYI.... 1 out of 10 fly balls go for a HR. Yeah, those are all good examples of increasing your odds. Sounds like you know what to look for, try and find the same kind of peculiarities in the other get away-days and make some coin. Good luck to you as well...
