pbateman...I bet both for equal amounts in the sense that I bet to win $50 on the ML and bet $50 to win w-e on the RL....so

If the team wins by 1....you break even

Why don't you bet the RL for a bit less than the ML? That way if they only win by 1 you at least turn a little profit. It's a shame to have been on the right side but not win something just because they didn't win by 2.
