Mag, I am not mad or something like that, but when I feel that something needs a correction I will jump in, if I have the time. I could write more about that topic but I don't have much time left, so I leave it at this. Please don't feel offended or something, but the main reason I wrote this is because I think that you have to know managers as they are a part of the team. And you got to cap this (only to a certain, small degree, but nonetheless).
