Simple question on MLB opening lines

I have been doing Google searches and can not get the answer to what should be a very simple question. At what time are the opening lines released to the public? Would greatly appreciate anyone who can give me some insight on this.

Check sbr odds page. For bases, Bet Online usually opens first in afternoon of day prior to game. Other books then follow.

Usually around 11 o clock the night before, then change rapidly all the way up to game time. That's how most people will use baseball betting, check the line movements and see which way the monies have gone
