Both teams, WHITE SOX and MIN 0-3; this is Sox opener. Why is line dropping from -134 to -112?

I'll take Noesi over Milone, SOX have won last 7 HOME openers!

I do not get the movement either. Pitchers are evenly matched, the Twins bullpen is shot from playing Detroit, Sox in the home opener. What are we missing?
