I initially did too, but now second-guessing myself a little bit. I see boom or bust potential with him tonight since the Cubs strike out a ton but also walk a lot vs RHP. Odorizzi has pretty bad home/road splits too though, but ATL bats seem dead this season. Not sure which way to go...

I may have missed a start or 2 but I think odorizzi been much better on road this yr. plus you gotta consider he pitches in great pitchers park and the rest of the division all play in hitter friendly stadiums and that where majority of his bad road splits come from. Unless it hot as hell atl plays very pitcher friendly IMO, I'd think he be fine.,

Nocoin, what worked in the past for you was your capping. If you see something as valuable take it. You're getting superstitious and missing opportunities you called. Often I check in and you say "why is that line that way"? Well isn't the whole point of capping and trying to make money at this long term the ability to find bad lines?

Texas for example. I saw that line, it didn't make sense to me, I saw value, I fired on it. It hit. I could easily and did think well that line seems too good, but this isn't rigged crap, Vegas yes does seem to know stuff sometimes, but from my experience in MLB for 5+ years, often streaks in MLB especially in the first half are made by squares if you can take +100-+140 positions. 2nd half is when the usual winning pitchers start sucking and everything reverses or shit goes to the fan. Last two seasons I've stopped betting MLB after All star game until the playoffs cause I NEVER make money. First half though for last 5 seasons I've made at least $1000 each year but never 2nd half.

I took Texas +0.5 first five innings for +110 today. I regret not taking ML and should have.

Glad you took shot on it. It was similar to the Texas game day before. I hit it early in the day and also won big on it. Saved my night as went 0-2 on other games.

Baltimore line tomorrow is probably correct on what it should be so careful fading Miami. New pitcher, yes had great first game but Haren has been strong this season. However, fading haren in previous years did work for me. Hes one of those pitchers I've just always faded and had success with like Jackson of Cubs couple years back and Buerhle or however you spell it of Toronto. High ERA pitchers that are given too much credit essentially.

Like I said though, not HUGE value on this game so might/might not make a play on it tomorrow. Undecided at this point and too tired to look up stats and all right now.
