I was looking at Bodog yesterday but I forgot to save it and I came back today and they're gone.

Carib does as well. I think most books offer these odds until around the weekend or at least that is the closing dates I have seen on some of them - Carib specifically is April 10th for World Series, Divisions, etc. April 13th for Total Wins.
