NYY o81.5 (Yankee fan aside this team is GOOD everywhere not GREAT like the old days but solid everywhere and nyk u.500 PLEASEEE i'll believe that sh1t when i see it lol George Steinbrenner will come out the grave and sign/trade or traffic a player to the yankees before that sh1t happens)

OAK o81.5 (We all know Billy Beane will have a bunch of nobodys winning night in night out they'll be chasing 90 wins)

TB u79.5 (No price/Maddon GL TB oh and cobb starts on the DL and we all know this guy is allergic to staying healthy anyways and Archer aint no damn David Price)

PIT o84.5 (Have you seen this damn line up lol easy 90 win team imo but even if im wrong they'll probably land around 86-88 wins)

More to come stay tuned i normally bet about 2k worth of these so expect me to post a few more.

SD u84.5 ( them going over means they're competing for a wild card in September yea right, they win 80 MAX)

DET o84 ( That line up is still 1 of the best when healthy plus price and verlander who believe will bounce back even if they dont win the central they will win between 86-89 games and make the wild card)

Hardcore - Your thought on the O's. They lost 2 offensive weapons in Markakis and Cruz. Weiters is not expected back until late April or May. I know their pitching will be solid but where will the offense come from? I'm thinking 82.5 wins is a lot. Your thought? TIA

It is a lot and think they are about .500 so that number is spot on at best imo. I can see them going under .500 easy with the lack of hitting they have this season plus the pitching was never great to begin with i dont care what numbers you throw at me Tillmans no ace and the rest of those guys are average at best and always have been.

The rotation isn't what it used to be BUT like i said when i made my over play on them Verlander will bounce back and Anibal was solid in a off year last year and as a yankee fan greene can play he's no bum. I do believe Simon will get lit weekly tho. The pen wont kill them till the playoffs so i'm not worried bout that. Cle pitching behind Klubber is all hope and KC was a fluke last year.

Very sound introduction to begin a year long thread, no filler, no BS, no locks of the century, nothing but substance.

Ive had my eye on the Pirates myself all winter too.
Pitt made 3 small under the radar moves this off season that, on the surface, is scary smart.
Cervelli helping out Stewart is one, the other two are Corey Hart, can hit for some power, gives the outfield some more depth, and pinch hit, and I love the Sean-Rod deal. Guy can play pretty much all infield, so versatile, and has a slappy stick. Brilliant signing.

I am so high on Cole this year, all indicators point to a Corey Kluber type season, I believe Liriano had some gas on the tank to win 13, AJ still knows how to pitch, and Melancon is a steady closer. Walker is a top 5 NL second baseman, with pop, Marte and Polonco have arrived, and McCutchen is the games best player not named Mike Trout.

I wish the OP nothing but success.

I couldn't agree with you more Nash about the pirates that outfield may be the best in the majors and like you said that infield is as solid as they come, should have never let martin go but such is life. They SHOULD win the central but we all know STL will have something to say about it come aug/sept. None of these teams will beat the nats in a 7 game series tho it kinda feels like the NBA the last 4 years where everybody in the east basically battled to lose to mia in the conference finals. Thats what i feel the pirates and dodgers will be doing this year is battling each other to find out who's going to lose to Wash in the NLCS.

Ok here's the deal I didnt post my .5 run i bough on ALL THESE PLAYS but on the books that allow me to buy the .5 i did like 5Dimes allow you to buy runs but bookmaker doesn't so i have 2 versions of all these plays but for the sake of less confusion and cheap ass ppl who dont mind tying here's the plays as is. Bases is finally here Thank God.

I round robined these 3 plays. I cant play BOS/LAD like i thought i was but when it actually came time to bet i couldn't pull the trigger i will be betting the series for LAD tho and i will post my series plays monday when they're available.

I like OAK too on monday but im not sure what that offense is gonna look like so im probably not gonna touch it. I like PIT/BAL as dogs on monday that i may play too

I'll have some 1st innings and 1st 5s as well coming monday along with my series plays i'll probably finish with about 12-15 plays total. Most the totals are just $60-$100 bets the MLs are $180-$200 so im not spending that much and my 1st inning bets will only be $25 Its alot but like i said in my opening post my volume goes up for MLB not like the 3-5 plays a night i posted for NBA but my bet size goes down by about 50%-70% per bet tho

I dont go by units i go by record when i judge my success because i flat bet EVERYTHING except MLB ML's. I round robin my top 3 plays for each betting category so i showed y'all my ML round robin i will also do a round robin for my 5 totals. Like i told my NBA followers I PLAY NO FAVS with my bets. I like them all equal and to be honest even after hours of research i have no clue which 1s will win but i trust my systems and research enough to win every 2/3 3/5 and thats why i flat bet so i never have to worry about the so called "lock" losing and the other 2 winning and i sill end up losing cause i bet to big on a loser. Even tho i hate to admit when i tell ppl what i do because of all the work that goes into being a successful bettor its still gambling and nothings a "lock" so i play no favs cause every play can lose.

So basically if i'm 50 wins over .500 then at face value i'm up 50 units because i flat bet but theres plenty of nights i will sweep my round robins and multiply my profit or "units" so i dont even bother counting units its alott easier to say im up 5k or something imo plus with all the different ML prices in MLB tracking units becomes stupid to me to be honest. If you bet 2 units on a -172 FAV and win your only getting 1.28 units back so now you gotta calculate decimals and all that other sh1t nah f#ck that i made $200 or something lol my lifes hard enough picking winners i be damned if i track units down to every damn decimal

Because you have different types of bets (under/over, ML, inning),
when I wrote about units i was thinking something like that: ML 1unit, under/over 0.5 unit, inning 0.25 unit, and 1 unit or amount for you is 200$ for example). I didn't mean the odd decimals of the bet.....

Thanks for all the hard work HC. You kick a$$! I will definitely be tailing you this MLB season. I don't have $1000-2000 to bet on mlb a day tho. For the smaller type betters what would you recommend is best to tail on? Just totals and MLs and skip the round robins and 1st innings?

To be honest i wouldnt tail my MLs as straight bets if your betting small and i would just mainly follow my totals and round robin those but my ML plays are good to just round robin them or parlay the 2 best. As the season goes on i wont be straight betting them either it'll just be round robins but for now imma see how it works straight betting MLs as well but in previous years i ONLY round robined MLs

Trading the best closer in baseball less than 24hrs before the season opener is just depressing for a team and i liked mia anyways this just made it a auto play. I mean really hows their moral gonna be now i know its a 162 games blah blah but put yourself in tehrans shoes for example you already knew you were getting no run support this season now if your lucky enough to have a lead there nobody to close it out anymore.

when you round robin 3 teams, do you select all the options from the sportsbook (for example in bet365) 1/2, 1/3, 2/3 and 1/2/3 ?
