          YTD: 52-75 -$1466.40

Going to try something here, usually I have my on thoughts and different angles on choosing a game. This is the stuff I compile on 10 different tabs on my PC, so I thought I would just start making write ups for the games I pick. I'm hoping this results in less plays and gives me a better perspective on each game as I read over the write-ups. BOL fellas.

Boston RedSox (-110) $220 to win $200 WIN

Waited it out a little bit to grab the line where it is. I know Penny has been horrible for the 09' season, but he did gain a little lust back in his last start. Funny enough it was against a team he is pitching against tonight. I see Penny coming out with a confident attitude and if he can give me 6 innings I don't mind the Redsox bullpen coming in to close out the game. Penny went 6 last time he faced the Rays, while only giving up 6 hits and 3ER. I think if he can keep the ball from drifting up in the strike zone, keep that shiit low, he has another great chance of having a good outing against Tampa Bay.

Jamie Shields is a great young up and coming pitcher for the Rays, but he has always struggled against the Sox. Just to show recent history he had a 5 inn. outing last time against the Sox and gave up 5 ER on 9 hits. This game took place in the same place as tonights game and I believe the Fenway Faithful will be buzzing after last nights great 12 run inning. This may be a slightly different team with a guy like Youkilis being questionable, but I still think the RedSox can add 6-7 to the scoreboard against Shields and a bullpen that currentley holds a 4.07 ERA against a Sox club that has a 3.57 ERA.

          Other Stats and Trends:

Tampa Bay are 3-9 in their last 12 against Boston with Shields as the starting pitcher.
Boston 16-5 in last 21. 11-3 home record on the season. Good run they have going.
Boston has a .303 average against RH pitchers. Shields is RH..
Rays .239 average against RH pitchers. Penny is RH..
After a win Boston are a 66% winner
After a win Rays are a 36% winner

All in all I like the price with Boston at home and I think it is a good pick to start the day. Good Luck.

KC Royals (-110) $220 to win $200 LOSS

I've waited long enough to grab this one as the line has been on a move for most of the day. I like how this KC squad has been playing to win in the opening weeks of baseball. It seems this team has finally uncovered the art of winning and they're taking a ride. These guys have won 8 out of 9 and have a pitcher on the mound who has beaten the Angels on the road 6 straight times.

The Angels seem kind of laggy even after a win last night against Toronto. They have a few guys on the DtD and they just aren't 100%. The main reason I'm going with the road team here are the stats that link up with the Angels bullpen. Now, I see Meche going 6-7 innings tonight which would be plunty for the dominating KC bullpen to come in. If I can get Palmer out of there withing 6 or hell even 7 that will give the Angels enough time to blow this game up.

                Other Stats and Trends

Angels bull pen's season ERA 6.57
After a win the Angels are winning at a rate of 38%
After a win the Royals are winning at a rate of 55%
Royals are 4-0 in their last 4 games vs. a right-handed starter.
Royals are 5-0 in their last 5 games following a win.
Royals are 15-6 in their last 21 road games.

Tried to push away on this pick. Dodgers are just straight nasty at home + Billy on the mound.

Dodgers RL (Even) $200 to win $200 LOSS

                  Should have backed off.

My bankroll is running thin and I really need to get my ass together and get on a nice little streak. One big play for the day games and that will probably be it for the day

                    Philadelphia Phillies (-110) $330 to win $300

Yes, I did up my betting amount for this game and I feel I have a good pick here. One thing I do like to do is take pitchers after they have a good performance in their previous game. Blanton did this against a good Cards squad and held them to 1 ER on 4 hits. Now, in Blanton's first outing against the Braves earlier in the season was horrible, but I can see him bouncing back today with an uplift in confidence. I'm not saying Blanton goes 8 strong and gives up on 1 ER, but I do see him giving me 6-7 innings and if he can hold them to 2-3 runs I see the Philles putting up 4-5 on Vasquez and the Braves bullpen.

                    Other Stats and Trends:

Philles are winning at 64% after a win
Braves are winning at 43% after a loss
In last 5 Philles are hitting .290 against RH pitchers
Phillies are 4-0 in their last 4 when their opponent scores 5 runs or more in their previous game
Phillies are 6-1 in their last 7 after allowing 5 runs or more in their previous game

HAHAHA...you suck soo much balls. You are a better poker player than a capper, so stick to poker.

Wait, you suck at poker too. You don't even have money to pay me the $360 you owe me, so I'll wait for another time to ask for it.
