Joe Kelly can win 9 straight for the BoSox, first time since Pedro
in '99 if it happens.. looking at the stats of BoSox hitters against
Jimenez and the fact that Balty isn't really playing for anything
anymore makes me want to take the Sox. Sox have been stronger
lately.. whatever they are playing for, it's working for them.
Taking half at +1.5 only because I might need that run in the 9th,
who knows.

But Boston also aren't playing for anything. I would have loved to bet "yes" to "the game will be boring" if there was such a prop.

LOL. It means something to teams that have guys playing for their lives, and careers. LOL. That is why I said over TT. Just to show their new "Boss" they can play. Just a shot.

Boston has been winning a lot of games since late July, they would be in contention here if they didn't
mess up so bad earlier in the season. Schedule check

Whether it's Farrell's medical leave, interim coach, Ortiz 500th Homer, Joe Kelly,
whatever it is, it's working for them. Remember they are among the highest salaried
teams, with players in tonight's roster that are also playing for stats and marketability.
I'm not saying the Orioles aren't but the Red Sox have the 3rd highest payroll in baseball.

well, I should have taken the Marlins to break the Mets streak, as I was thinking about it
but hesitated.
Stayed up to the end of the Red Sox game, result is push 1-1 as the RL covered the ML.
I believe the Red Sox mismanaged their bullpen at the end. Aro was plainly showing wear
after 2 great innings he had nothing left for the 3rd. It really infuriates me when these
overpaid managers don't know when to pull pitchers.
I'll likely seek some daytime action elsewhere than MLB today.
