    I do most of my betting with a local bookie and i was wondering my bookie is doing spreads for the mlb like for tonight its philly -2.... is there usually spreasds in mlb

              I believe he's offering you an unusual runline play. Phillies have to win by two for you to push and three for you to win. Usually runlines are -1.5. What are the payout odds he's giving? If it's -110, find yourself a different bookie.
