am I only one who still sees potential for SF to win this series?
If SF wins tonight that evens the series...
can Shields be trusted in a Shields/MadBum matchup?

Herrera looks far more hittable than I was expecting... their "race to the sixth" could have easily blown up in their face last night & I'm not sure this bull pen is an automatic win with him pitching like this. He's looked extremely nervous unable to throw strikes.

Shields is obviously the "weak link" in this rotation. That "Big Game James" thing went out the window long ago. But, I do like their bull pen, KC. They didn't cost them game one. I like the way KC swings the bat, except against Bumgarner. Of course he is better on the road for whatever reason. BOL.
