Why do teams celebrate Division Series?
Why is champagne needed for an NLDS or ALDS?

    I find it pointless.

In my opinion because its way harder to win the Division Series than the League Championship. Its a best of 5 format so you have no room to even make a mistake. Granted your aloud to mess up once if you have Game 1 of the Series but its a fast series with a lot on the line.

I agree with that...and possibly less celebrating after LCS because teams need to focus on the WS...not sure, but makes sense.
I would think there is a great sense of accomplishment among all 4 of the teams that made it this season...had it been Angels or Nats, probably not quite as big a deal because they were supposed to make it this far.
