Astros @ Rangers Pick 9/23

In the first five hours of this line it dropped over ten pennies into the away underdog Astros. (Open:+115 Current +106). I'm not too sure of the sway reasoning, could be an eventual lineup issue though. If anybody hasn't noticed, the Rangers have gone 9-1 in their last 10 games, 1 game away from sweeping THREE straight series(ATL,OAK,LAA)...impressive bats right now. Regardless of Rangers 4-10 record mound pitcher, N.Martinez has two good starts against Houston that'd I'd take over Overholtzer past few starts over the Tex Rangers any day. I don't care how low this line gets, with this trend I'll take the Rangers over Houston all day any day:

Why is the total set so high?
I see this being like a 4-3 game, no?
