I thought that actually added value to Zona. Peavy has been pitching over his head, he is not nearly as good as he has looked lately.

UM...I just explained myself in post 25. It seems to me you are overvaluing Peavy.

He has never been THAT good, he just took advantage of pitching at Petco his early years. And now he is benefiting from AT&T. Put him in a neutral stadium and he is a 4.00 ERA type.

Even with the Giants THIS year, Peavy has an xFIP of 3.82 since coming over, more than 1.50 higher than his 2.36 ERA. His success has been just about a direct function of the ballpark.
