Kidding, but that is a team that has quit and the Angels have been bitch-slapping them all year. I mean I like big home dogs but I have zero confidence in the Rangers here.

That Twins Game 2 is listed at 3:05 ET right now, though will probably be a tad later.

Not big on House either, Twins batting .304 and averaging 6.48 runs vs. lefties last 10 games.

Yeah, Twins had scored at least four runs in nine straight games until Game 1 today. Figures.

Fell behind 1-0 by Hunter Pence throwing his bat at the ball and getting an RBI single.

Guys, do you even research? Peavy is 4-1 last 5 starts with 1 era and 0.98 whip. Not to mention Zona starts AAA lineup and Giants are fighting for playoffs... wow

I thought that actually added value to Zona. Peavy has been pitching over his head, he is not nearly as good as he has looked lately.

What is there not to understand? Peavy is not that good and has been pitching out of his mind. Regression will come, unfortunately it wasn't today.

He's always been good and moving to NL just helped him back in shape.

He has never been THAT good, he just took advantage of pitching at Petco his early years. And now he is benefiting from AT&T. Put him in a neutral stadium and he is a 4.00 ERA type.

Even with the Giants THIS year, Peavy has an xFIP of 3.82 since coming over, more than 1.50 higher than his 2.36 ERA. His success has been just about a direct function of the ballpark.
