Are brewers streak of losses 1 of the biggest chokes of all time?

padres, giants, cubs, cardinals, and now the marlins.

although there are some good teams sandwiched in between, it's disappointing when they're losing to teams they should be beating. But I've always considered the brewers to be average, their pitching is average at best
